Data controller

JARA, Inc. is expected to act as the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the JARA product family. Contact details for the controller and, where required, a representative or data protection officer will be listed here once finalized.

What we collect

This section will describe the categories of personal data we collect — for example account details, communications you send us, and technical data such as device and usage information. On-device preferences stored in your browser are described in our Cookies & local storage notice.

Why we process (purposes & legal bases)

Each processing purpose will be paired with its legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) — such as consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or a legal obligation. The mapping is expected to be presented as a clear table in the final version.

Storage & retention

This section will set out where personal data is stored, the safeguards applied to any international transfers, and how long each category of data is retained before deletion or anonymization.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you are expected to have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Data subjects in Turkey may also exercise the rights set out in Article 11 of the KVKK. This section will explain how to make a request and how we respond.

JARA does not use tracking or third-party advertising cookies today. Details of the first-party preferences we store in your browser are maintained separately in the Cookies & local storage notice, which will be updated before any analytics is introduced.
